The Platform is fabricated with steel I-beam. and mild steel plates. We have six main I-beam These I-beam are bolted or welded with the type plates, Strips are welded on top of the plate to make it antiskid.

In this weigh-bridge two main ibeam are used as its main support and transom I-beam are bolted across.
On transom I-beam toip plate are fitted with bolts. This design of structure are made undergudance of structural engineer and specially made to bear easily any type of jerk and load. |

The Digital weight Indicator is microprocessor based with auto zero and push button zero facility.It shall have big bright red LED Display.
The unit is well protected against adverse environmental effects.Since the Load-cells Are sealed they are dust and splash proof. The whole weighbridge installation which is outdoor is not affected by dust, rain, high temperatures up to 50 degree C and humidity 95% Rh (non –considering).

The scale instrument has been designed for use in vehicle scale weighing applications. It is capable of performing basic weighing operations like inbound/outbound weighment operations. |

Single weighment operations where vehicle tare weights are known either through preset tares which are stored in the scale instrument memory or manually entered tare values which are entered through the keyboard. |
Transient vehicle weighing operations where the transaction is to be completed but the record will not be added to memory accumulators or totals. |
